I personally have CLEO 3 and CLEO 4.1.1.30F installed in my GTA SA and I can say CLEO 3 has MUCH MORE features than CLEO 4.1.1.30F, and that CLEO 3 is much more stable than CLEO 4.1.1.30F. CLEO 4.2.0.6198 (Beta) is not stable and is crashy too. Don't joke about the CLEO (4) version, it's not a stable version at all.

If you want to install CLEO (4) or CLEO (4.1.1.30F), you can try to launch GTA San Andreas as Admin, and try to run it again. It will work now!
